This information has been researched, sought after, gathered and collected by What's On Ontario. The information is available to view for personal and private use. The information may not be used for any reason by an organization, may not be copied.distributed, may not be copied for display within event calendars produced by other parties. Mis-use of the contents or event list contained within the What's On Web Site will result in prosecution.

Quotation & Confirmation
A formal written quotation will be supplied on request. Verbal quotations may also be supplied. Confirmation or acceptance of the quotation whether made verbally or in writing is legal and binding and will be taken by the company as acceptance of the quoted charges under these terms and conditions.

Preliminary Work
The Company shall be entitled to charge for any preliminary work carried out whether experimental or otherwise at the customers request.

Tax
The Company shall be entitled to charge the amount of any tax (including but not limited to GST/PST) payable whether or not included on the quotation or invoice.

Payment
Where applicable payment in full is due prior to publication.
Failure to provide payment in full prior to publication "cut-off" time will cause entry to be "held-over" until next publication release date.
Cheques presented and returned NSF (not sufficient funds will occur a $25 additional charge to customer statement. No refunds.

Law
All agreements the Company enters into are governed by Ontario Canadian Law.

Liability Limitation
The company shall not be liable, in any event, for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, expenses or any other damages, loss or liability, including loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the information provided on this website.

Responsibility for checking information displayed to the public rests with the information provider. No responsibility can be accepted for subsequent losses arising from errors or omissions.
